Is there a free trial?

Yes. Sign up, then start the trial from your dashboard. You get 25 listings free for 7 days, no card. The trial ends when the days or the listings run out, whichever comes first. One trial per account. After that, the plan is $299 a month for 1,000 listings. Your listings, shops and exports stay after the trial ends: you can still edit, push and export, you just can't generate new listings until you subscribe.

What counts as a listing?

Generating a listing from one design image counts once. Regenerating that listing counts again. Editing, pushing to Etsy or Shopify, and exporting ZIPs never count.

Can I subscribe or cancel anytime?

Yes, and the two work differently. Subscribing takes effect as soon as your payment clears: a new cycle starts and all 1,000 listings are ready right then, even if your trial ran out this morning. Cancelling stops future charges, and generating stops when the subscription ends. Your listings, shops and exports stay either way.

How does billing work?

Mirra bills as one flat monthly subscription through Stripe. An active plan includes 1,000 listings every billing cycle at $299 a month, and the count resets when the next cycle starts.

Do you offer refunds?

The trial is there so you can judge the output before you pay: 25 real listings, no card. After you subscribe you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and operations already used in the current billing cycle are not refundable.
