Etsy Listing Workspace Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

Welcome to Etsy Listing Workspace. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Etsy Listing Workspace.

1. Service Overview

Etsy Listing Workspace is a creative listing platform that uses AI and automation to help users generate metadata and simple mockups for publicly available product listings. The Service does not endorse, encourage, or permit copyright or trademark infringement.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

You will only use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.

You will not use Etsy Listing Workspace to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Closely replicate or copy protected designs without permission.
• Violate another person’s privacy, publicity, or moral rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you create using Etsy Listing Workspace, including any legal claims arising from that content.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using Etsy Listing Workspace, subject to these Terms. You grant Etsy Listing Workspace a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Third-Party Content: If you provide content or links from external sources (including marketplaces such as Etsy), you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and reproduce that content.

Etsy Listing Workspace’s Content: All software, branding, and other materials provided by Etsy Listing Workspace are owned by us or our licensors.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Etsy Listing Workspace to:

• Infringe or misappropriate another party’s intellectual property rights.
• Generate counterfeit, deceptive, or misleading products.
• Recreate designs that you do not own or have rights to sell.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. DMCA Compliance & Takedowns

Etsy Listing Workspace complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content generated through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to:

6. Account Termination

• Receive multiple valid IP complaints.
• Engage in activity that poses legal or reputational risk to Etsy Listing Workspace.

7. Limitation of Liability

Etsy Listing Workspace provides the Service “as is” and makes no warranties. We are not responsible for how you use the content generated with Etsy Listing Workspace or for any disputes, claims, or damages resulting from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Etsy Listing Workspace from any claims related to your content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of Etsy Listing Workspace after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
